What is SerpWow?

Traject Data's multi-engine SERP API covering Google, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, Yandex, Naver, Amazon and eBay, with scheduled batches and delivery to cloud storage.

Our verdict

SerpWow is the broadest of Traject Data's SERP APIs; ValueSERP and Scale SERP are its cheaper, Google-focused siblings. One engine parameter switches between Google, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, Yandex, Naver, Amazon and eBay, and it also returns Google Trends data. Results come back as JSON, CSV or HTML by direct pull, webhook push, or delivery to S3, GCS or Azure, and you can schedule batches of up to 10,000 searches. Annual-billed plans start at $125 a month for 10,000 credits (about $12.50 per 1,000) and run to $7,200 a month for 5 million (about $1.44 per 1,000). A free trial covers 100 searches. In April 2026 ScraperAPI announced it had acquired Traject Data, and SerpWow's pages now carry a "Traject Data joins ScraperAPI" banner, though the API is still sold on its own. Choose it when you need many engines or want results dropped straight into a data warehouse. For cheap Google-only lookups inside an agent, ValueSERP or Serper.dev cost far less.

Categories:

SERP data APIs provide programmatic access to search engine results pages from Google, Bing, and other engines. They handle the infrastructure complexity of rotating proxies, CAPTCHA solving, and result parsing – delivering clean JSON data. These are the workhorses for SEO monitoring, market research, and any application that needs to understand what search engines are showing users.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SerpWow cost?

SerpWow sells monthly credit plans. Billed annually, Starter is $125 a month for 10,000 credits, BigData $399 for 50,000, Volume $960 for 250,000, Infrastructure $2,399 for 1 million and Infrastructure XL $7,200 for 5 million, which takes the price from about $12.50 to about $1.44 per 1,000. Extra credits are billed per unit, annual billing is 20% cheaper than monthly, and a free trial includes 100 searches.

Who owns SerpWow?

SerpWow is a Traject Data product, alongside ValueSERP, Scale SERP and e-commerce APIs such as Rainforest for Amazon and BlueCart for Walmart. ScraperAPI announced on April 30, 2026 that it had acquired Traject Data, describing the deal as having closed a few months earlier. SerpWow is still sold and documented under the Traject Data name, with a banner on its pages pointing to the ScraperAPI merger.

Which search engines does SerpWow support?

Google is the default, with web, news, images, videos, maps, shopping, reverse image search and Google Trends. A single engine parameter switches the same request to Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, Yandex, Naver, Amazon or eBay. Location, language, device and ZIP-level targeting are supported, and SerpWow sets the Google domain and country automatically from the location you pass. That breadth is the main reason to pick it over ValueSERP.

How does SerpWow differ from ValueSERP?

Both come from Traject Data and share a similar request format. ValueSERP is the budget, Google-only option, priced for bulk rank tracking. SerpWow costs more per search but adds seven other engines, Google Trends, and more delivery options, including webhooks and direct export to S3, GCS or Azure. If you only need Google organic results, ValueSERP is cheaper; if you need other engines or warehouse delivery, SerpWow fits.

Is SerpWow a good fit for AI agents?

It can be, but it is built mainly for scheduled, high-volume SEO and market data jobs. Batches of up to 10,000 searches and cloud-storage delivery suit data pipelines better than one-off agent lookups. Entry pricing of about $12.50 per 1,000 is high for an agent making many small calls. SerpWow's multi-engine coverage is useful if an agent needs Baidu, Naver or marketplace results that Google-only APIs cannot return.
